The USD-RMB exchange rate is fixed at 1 USD = 6.80 RMB, according to the rate on June 20, 2009, when the IOC Interim meeting was held in Beijing.

For participants who would like to submit more than one paper, 100USD / 680 RMB for each additional paper will be charged.

*Students please attach an appropriate proof of status, such as a photocopy of the student's ID card. If needed, tickets for banquet and city sightseeing are available for purchase on site.

Cancellation policy:
      For speakers: 75% refund before March 1, 2011 and no refund after that date.
      For delegates: 75% refund before March 31, 2011 and no refund after that date.
