這是一款全自動智能立式上(下)片臺。主要與中空線連接，實現生產過程全自動化。
機器特點：

1、本產品為智能快速上片設備，無需人工操作、安全可靠。

2、玻璃檢測裝置會自動檢測玻璃架上玻璃存放的位置，也會檢測到玻璃架上有或無玻璃，無玻璃機器會自動復位，并作出提示。

3、玻璃架上玻璃放置厚度在 3mm-750mm 都可以 (厚度超過 750mm 可以訂制)。

4、整架玻璃吸片完后，機器會自動報警提醒。吸取最后一片玻璃后，無需關機，機器會自動復位。

5、連續上片 ( 即吸片) 間隔時間或距離的設置，可根據客戶要求客戶自行設定。上片速度和傳動速度均可自行調整。

6、本機配置了智能吸片裝置，吸盤會根據玻璃大小自動開啟和關閉吸盤，無需手動操作，玻璃架上存放的玻璃，不論大小隨意放置即

可，都可以快速上片。

7、機器上各種參數均可以根據實際情況作出調整。例如大塊玻璃上片時，則可以延長吸片時間和調整上片速度等。

8、客戶可以根據需要在屏上輸入取片數量，取片完成后機器會自動停止并復位。

9、系統具有智能計數功能，會自動統計出每架玻璃的吸片數量，也會統計出總吸片數量等。

10、為了方便使用，本機還增加了便攜式手動遙控裝置，用戶可以在 800m以內操作機器暫?；騿?。

11、機器出現固障時，屏上會自動提醒，指出問題，便于糾正。

12、設備運行中意外出現固障，機器會自動報警，但吸盤不會斷氣，確保玻璃完好無損。

This is a fully automatic intelligent vertical upper (down) table. It is mainly connected to the hollow line to realize the full automation of the production process.

Features of the machine:

1 . This product is an intelligent and fast filming device, which does not require manual operation, is safe and reliable.

2. The glass detection device will automatically detect the location of the glass stored on the glass rack, and will also detect whether there is or without glass on the glass frame. The glass-free machine will automatically reset and make prompts.

3. The thickness of glass on the glass frame can be 3mm-750mm (more than 750mm can be customized).

4. After the whole glass suction tablet is completed, the machine will automatically alert the police. After absorbing the last piece of glass, there is no need to shut down, and the machine will automatically reset.

5. The setting of the interval or distance of continuous filming (i.e. suction tablet) can be set by the customer according to the customer's requirements. The speed and transmission speed of the upper film can be adjusted by themselves.

6. This machine is equipped with a smart suction cup device. The suction cup will automatically turn on and off the suction cup according to the size of the glass. There is no need for manual operation. The glass stored on the glass rack can be placed at will regardless of size, and can be quickly removed.

7. All parameters on the machine can be adjusted according to the actual situation. For example, when there is a large piece of glass, you can delay the suction time and adjust the speed of the upper piece.

8. The customer can enter the number of pieces on the screen as needed. After the pick-up is completed, the machine will automatically stop and reset.

9. The system has an intelligent counting function, which will automatically count the number of suction pieces per glass, as well as the total number of suction pieces.

10. For ease of use, this machine has also added a portable manual remote control device, which allows users to pause or start the machine within 800m.

11. When the machine is fixed, it will automatically remind the screen to point out the problem, which is easy to correct.

12. If there is an accidental fixation during the operation of the equipment, the machine will automatically alarm, but the suction cup will not break air to ensure that the glass is intact.
